Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nasher Studio (the “Service”), operated by Fadaat Media (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Nasher Studio lets you ingest news and data sources (such as RSS feeds, CSV/Excel files, and JSON APIs), generate posters and videos — including with AI assistance — and publish that content to third-party social platforms you connect. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your team members’ use of the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and authorized to act for the organization you represent.
3. Connected third-party accounts
The Service can connect to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Telegram, X, LinkedIn and YouTube so it can publish content on your behalf. By connecting an account, you authorize us to access and use it for that purpose. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. You can disconnect any account at any time.
4. Your content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content and data you provide and of the media you create with the Service (your “Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transform and transmit your Content solely to operate and provide the Service (for example, rendering media and publishing it to platforms you select). You represent that you have the rights necessary to use the sources, images, text and other materials you supply, and to publish the resulting Content.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, or that violates others’ rights;
- misrepresent the source of content, or breach the terms or content policies of any connected platform;
- upload malware, attempt to disrupt the Service, or access it without authorization;
- use the Service to send spam or otherwise abuse messaging or publishing features.
6. AI-generated content
Some features use third-party AI models to generate or transform text, images, audio or video. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable, and is provided for your review. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before you publish it, and for ensuring it is accurate and appropriate.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (including social platforms, AI providers, stock-media providers, and hosting/storage providers). We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for how data is shared with them.
8. Plans and fees
Some features may require a paid plan. Applicable fees, quotas and billing terms are described where you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that publishing to any third-party platform will always succeed.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fadaat Media is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
