Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Nasher Studio (the “Service”), operated by Fadaat Media (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, shares and protects your information. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, company/workspace, and role.
- Content and sources — the RSS feeds, CSV/Excel files, API sources, templates, and the posters/videos you create.
- Connected-account credentials — when you connect a social platform (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Telegram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube), we store the access tokens and basic account identifiers needed to publish on your behalf. Access tokens are encrypted at rest.
- Usage data — logs, feature usage, render/publish activity, and diagnostic information used to operate and improve the Service.
2. How we use information
- to provide the Service — ingest sources, generate media, and publish to the platforms you connect;
- to authenticate you and secure your account;
- to operate, maintain, troubleshoot and improve the Service;
- to communicate with you about your account and the Service;
- to comply with legal obligations.
3. How information is shared
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- Social platforms you connect — when you publish, we send your content (and the caption you provide) to the platform you selected, using your authorization.
- AI and media providers — to generate content, the text, prompts or media you submit may be processed by third-party providers (for example, an AI text/voice provider, or a stock-image provider). They process it to return the generated result.
- Infrastructure providers — hosting, storage and database providers that run the Service.
- Legal — where required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use data obtained from connected platforms for advertising or for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
4. Data from Meta, TikTok and other platforms
Data we receive from a connected platform (such as your account/page identifiers and the access token) is used solely to publish and manage the content you ask us to publish. We retain it only while your account is connected. You can disconnect a platform at any time from the Social settings page, which removes the stored token; you may also revoke access from within the platform’s own settings.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete content, disconnect an account, or close your account, we delete or de-identify the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
6. Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of connected social access tokens at rest and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights — including requesting deletion of your data — contact us at omar.hamama@fadaatmedia.com.
8. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection when transferred.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children and is intended for use by adults acting on behalf of an organization.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when we post the updated Policy and update the “Last updated” date above.
