Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Nasher Studio (the "Service"), operated by Fadaat Media ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects information. It applies to our website and to the Nasher Studio app. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash), your workspace (company), your role in it and, if you turn it on, your two-factor authentication settings.
• Workspace content: the news sources you add (RSS feeds, files, APIs), the posts, captions, templates, posters, videos, voices and other media you create or upload, and their schedules.
• Connected accounts: when you connect a social account, we store the account's name and ID, the permissions you granted and an access token so we can publish for you. Tokens are encrypted at rest. If your workspace adds its own developer app keys, the secret is encrypted too.
• Post performance: views, reactions, comments, shares and similar numbers the platforms return for posts published through the Service.
• Billing information: your plan, invoices and payment status. Card payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage and technical data: sign-in times, the actions you take, render, generation and publishing logs, IP address, browser and device type, used to run, secure and improve the Service.
• Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email.

2. How we use information

• to provide the Service: fetch your sources, generate and render media, and publish to the accounts you connect, at the times you choose;
• to show you how your posts perform;
• to sign you in, keep your account secure and prevent abuse;
• to manage your plan, usage allowances and payments;
• to support you, and to tell you about your account and important changes to the Service;
• to maintain, troubleshoot and improve the Service;
• to comply with the law.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Connected social platforms

You can connect Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, WhatsApp, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and Telegram. When you do:

• we access only what is needed to publish the content you ask us to publish and to read the results of those posts;
• data received from a platform is used only to provide the Service to your workspace. It is never sold, used for advertising, or shared with other workspaces;
• you can disconnect an account at any time from Accounts in the app, which deletes its stored token, and you can also revoke access in the platform's own settings.

Facebook and Instagram: to have your data deleted, follow our data deletion instructions. When you remove Nasher in your Facebook or Instagram settings and ask for deletion, we receive the request automatically and remove the accounts you connected.

YouTube: the Service uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke the Service's access at any time from your Google security settings.

4. AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence to write, translate, summarise, generate images, voices, video or dubbing. To do that, the text, prompts or media you submit for that feature are sent to the AI provider that powers it (for example Anthropic, Google, ElevenLabs or OpenRouter), or processed by models running on our own servers. We send only what the feature needs. Providers process it to return the result, under their own terms.

5. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

• with the social platforms you choose, when you publish or connect an account;
• with AI and media providers, for the features described above, and stock-media services when you search for images or video;
• with service providers that host and run the Service for us: servers, storage, email delivery and payment processing;
• within your workspace, with the members your workspace adds, according to their roles;
• for legal reasons, when the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of our users, the public or us;
• in a business transfer, if Fadaat Media is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, under this Policy's protections.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use a small number of cookies that the Service needs to work: one keeps you signed in (httpOnly and secure), one remembers your language, and one secures the step where you connect a social account. The app also keeps your preferences in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

7. How long we keep information

We keep information while your account is active and as long as needed to provide the Service. When you delete content, disconnect an account or close your account, we delete or de-identify the related data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Copies in backups are removed as the backups are replaced.

8. Security

We protect information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest for access tokens and app keys, hashed passwords, optional two-factor authentication, role-based access inside each workspace and activity logs. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please tell us right away at omar.hamama@fadaatmedia.com if you think your account is at risk.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict some processing. You can update your profile and disconnect accounts in the app at any time. To make any other request, including deleting your data, email omar.hamama@fadaatmedia.com. We reply within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first.

10. International transfers

We and our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we take steps so it stays protected when transferred.

11. Children

The Service is for organisations and their staff. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email.
