Data Deletion
When a workspace connects a Facebook Page, an Instagram account or another social account to Nasher Studio, we keep the account’s name and id and an encrypted access token so the workspace can publish to it. You can have this data deleted at any time in any of these ways.
1. Remove the account in Nasher Studio
Open Accounts in Nasher Studio and choose Remove next to the account. The stored access token is deleted and nothing is published to the account afterwards.
2. Remove the app from Facebook or Instagram
On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Nasher, choose Remove and tick the option to delete your data. On Instagram, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites and remove Nasher.
Facebook and Instagram then tell us automatically. We remove every account you connected through the app and its access token, and give you a confirmation code you can check on this page.
3. Ask us
Email omar.hamama@fadaatmedia.com from the address on your Nasher Studio account, or name the Page or account to remove. We complete requests within 30 days and confirm by email. To delete your whole Nasher Studio account, see our Privacy Policy.
